The robust beginnings of the Luxury of Naples Group lie in 2011 when the Realty Of Naples Group was formed. We decided it was time to change our name in 2018 to better reflect our experience, the higher level of service we offer to our customers, and the immense demand for exceedingly attractive Naples area.
Three of our agents are recognized as members of the Million Dollar GUILD, have earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation, and one more has become eligible for this designation.

We are three agents from different countries and states, all with different talents and educations, but united by the same interest – Real Estate.
Luxury of Naples Group's focus is on staying in tune with the current market trends through advertising, communication, building long-term business relationships, gaining clients’ confidence, and achieving the best outcome for their customers. Our group used to work mostly with buyers. Over time, we created a strong marketing platform and tools, and are always happy to help owners sell as to help buyers find the right property for them in the Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, or Marco Island areas.

Through the years we have polished our skills and our knowledge of the market, area and pre-qualification process, which are the most important parts in a buyer’s or seller’s agents’ job.
Many of our customers live out-of-state or in another country and have a limited amount of time in their property search trips. Within a few days we can make them more familiar with the area and market; explain the importance of our questions which will help buyers to narrow the property search, find the best home in the area and save time; and will help sellers to avoid wasting time on struggles during the transaction.
Many productive and famous specialists in real estate believe that there are no ‘secret weapons’ in real estate, but Education, Patience, Persistence and correct Customer’s Prequalification will help to be successful. We are one of the most productive and successful teams, and we believe education in and knowledge of the local market is the key to success. Four of our agents are Broker Associates; our agents have earned many designations, such as Graduate Realtor Institute designation, Seller Representative Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification.
We are building our success every day together by sharing experience and new trends between agents and also other specialists such as attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, and constructors. They share their experience with us and often explain the specifics of their job which help us and our customers to avoid many problems during transactions, making real estate transactions run far more smoothly. We also are taking NABOR, GRI and our brokerage’s education classes.
To be more familiar with the market, we visit open house events and newly developed communities in the Naples, Bonita Spring and Marco Island areas. We work with real estate across a wide price range, and have experience in selling properties from small low cost lots to multimillion dollar homes. Our agents have earned Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designations and are members of the Million Dollar GUILD, and, most important, we have earned many positive testimonials from our past customers. We are glad to assist any buyer or seller ready to buy or sell, or consult a future buyer and seller and keep them updated on the market situation until they are ready to make a decision. Our market activity graphs always help to educate buyers, sellers or investors. The graphs consist of information from the Matrix MLS about recent Active, Sold, and Pending comparable properties. We began to use this technique back in 2011 and we are still using it in order to help our buyers and sellers make a decision.
